Mowing and Trimming (Weather Dependent – approx. 24 visits per season)

Mowing and trimming starts once the grass reaches about 3-4 inches and should maintain that height of 2.5 to 3.5 inches during the season. When we are on-site we can also do some weeding of mulch/flower beds. We also remove weeds from cracks in the asphalt/concrete driveway and sidewalks.

Trim dead branches from trees and shrubs.

Fertilization Applications (Late April/Early May; October)

Helps to keep the grass healthy.

Herbicide Applications (Late April/Early May/June; October)

Pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides to help with crabgrass and other weeds.

Tree and Shrub Pruning (Late April/Early May; October/November)

Fall aeration and overseeding (September). This relieves soil compaction and improves nutrient absorption.

Fall Clean Up (Early November)

Rake leaves, remove debris, trim back perennials, one last mowing for the season (this sometimes takes two visits).

Mulch Beds

We can freshen up your mulch beds by adding new mulch, re-edge the beds to prevent weeds from creeping in, and maintain them with hand weeding and weed killer to keep everything looking fresh.
